Criterion:

	Work Campers are RV owners who work for the resort as independent contractors and barter their labor in exchange for free monthly full hook up space rent.
	Work Campers must be PHYSICALLY FIT, capable and flexible in handling a variety of different work tasks for Mountaindale Cabin and RV Resort.
	Work Campers must understand they are viewed as representatives of Mountaindale Cabin and RV Resort, and they are working in the recreation / leisure industry. Treatment of clients in a respectful / tactful manner is imperative.
	Work Camper applicants will be asked for work and personal references.

Typical duties for Work Campers are:

	Grounds Maintenance / Construction Mowing Tree Trimming Garden Preperation and Ongoing Maintenance General trash and debris pickup on property Emptying Trash Cans Pine needle and Leaf Cleanup / Disposal
	Janitorial Housekeeping for Cabins, Main Building Cleaning and Sanitation of bath Houses
	Buildings Maintenance Building Repairs Painting Light Carpentry
	Equipment Maintenance
	Property Security
	Honey Wagon Service
	Electric Meter Reading
	Check in and Reservation Office Coverage
	Other Duties as needed
