Our nightly rates increase by $5 per night over major holidays.

ALL RVs MUST BE CHECKED IN AND ESCORTED TO THEIR SITE 30 MINUTES BEFORE SUNSET. Preferred check-in is between 12:00-6:00PM.

We do not allow 1 night stays on Fridays and Saturdays during peak season. If you need special accommodations, please call us.

Reservations are recommended, particularly in peak season. You may make reservations up to 1 year in advance.

If you would like to guarantee that you have a particular site, please opt to lock your site for $20.

If you need to reserve 5 or more RV spaces, please call our office and ask for a group reservation. We will waive any lock fees for your group and can send individuals details to pay their own deposits online.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

  • When booking your reservation 30+ days in advance of your arrival date, 25% of the total balance will be due to hold your reservation.

  • When booking your reservation less than 30 days in advance of your arrival date, 100% of the total balance will be due to hold your reservation

  • In the event that you need to cancel your reservation 30+ days in advance of your arrival date, we will allow you to reschedule and apply your deposit toward another stay with an arrival date that is within 12 months from the time of cancelation, less a $20 administrative/cancelation fee.

  • In the event that you need to cancel your reservation with less than 30 days to your arrival date, 25% of the total reservation cost will be non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • In the event that you need to cancel your reservation with 7 days or less until your arrival date, 100% of the total reservation cost will be required to be paid in full. If money is still owed, we reserve the right to charge any card on file to obtain final payment. This is not transferrable or refundable in any way.

All reservations of 28 days or more must be made over the phone.

  • There is a short application and background check required if staying 28 days or more.

  • A $250 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking (after approval).

  • Your extended stay rate will include a 4 person occupancy, additional persons would incur an additional charge.

  • Check-in time is 12PM and check-out time is 11AM.
